There are some hotels that make you feel so at home- you never want to leave and in a historic mansion- in the Blue Mountains, you’ll find that feeling at Hotel Etico! The first of its kind in Australia, Hotel Etico is based on an Italian model, whereby adults with learning difficulties can apply for en-site training at this functioning hotel in Mount Victoria. Once the hospitality students have graduated, they are supported to find on-going work in the hospitality field. Oozing old- world charm and ambience, Hotel Etico is a stunning, historic mansion that dates back to 1876. Today it offers guests 15 unique and stylish rooms, all with en-suites, as well as access to the sprawling grounds, and the many lovely spaces, and fire-side nooks, within the hotel itself. There’s also Niccolo’s Restaurant & Bar where guests can enjoy wood-fired pizzas, and a range of other dishes, as well as cocktails and drinks in the cosy bar. Ethical, charming and with plenty of heart- Hotel Etico is your Blue Mountains ‘home away from home’
