Graduate Program

The Graduate Program

The Graduate program is designed to support Hotel Etico graduates as they transition to open employment. This program aims to provide real-world work experience, foster independence, and build confidence as graduates move towards long-term employment opportunities. The program aligns with Hotel Etico’s mission to provide inclusive employment opportunities and support young adults with disability in achieving independence.

Graduates begin this transition during their training. If they have not secured a position by the time they complete the program, they continue receiving support through the Transition to Industry Employment phase. Once employment is secured, they move into the Industry Employment phase. Some trainees may secure work before or immediately after graduation, in which case they transition directly into Industry Employment without needing the additional support phase.
