When Alex started the program, she already had a wide range of hospitality skills and a natural ability to communicate with customers and make them feel valued and welcome.
In her time with us we watched Alex grow and blossom, especially when she was promoted to junior bar supervisor.
In this position, Alex really pushed herself out of her comfort zone, she excelled in taking on new responsibilities, training other trainees, and most importantly, her self-confidence grew.
Alex has done herself proud and she is more than ready to take on the next steps both professionally and personally.
