Joel
Joel is a man of many talents. Not only has he been mastering his restaurant shifts, he is also a keen gardener having just completed a TAFE course in horticulture.
Joel has shown great skill working in the restaurant, talking to guests and taking their orders.
Joels passion for gardening has inspired us to create a maintenance shift which he excels in, he has such a great attitude towards work, listens well and is up for any task set before him
Joel is a happy contributor to all academy cooking and cleaning tasks; his work ethic is commendable and can often be seen tending to different projects around the grounds of Etico including planting bulbs around the garden beds.
Joel has been our resident artist so when you come into the academy, you will see just some of the staff and trainee portraits that help make everything brighter and more welcoming.
Everyone wants a portrait done by Joel and once done you know you have become part of the Etico Family.
