When I think of Shania, the words hard-worker and determined come to mind.
Shania is someone who just pushes through. One of her strengths is her adaptability. When we have been short staffed in various areas of the hotel Shania comes through and always gives 110% in any area.
In the restaurant Shania beams with confidence is focussed and very professional with guests.
Her passion for things is evident, whether it is Tik Tok, Penrith Panthers, or giving it your best at work.
In the academy Shania is diligent when it comes to cleaning and her willingness to “just get the job done” has also been a great example to others.
