Shay has grown from strength to strength in both his work ethic and independence goals.
He has raised the bar for all trainees when it comes to work attire and continues to show what it means to be professional which he continues to do in his new job at the Fullerton hotel.
Shay is a great all-rounder, his customer service skills are next to none, and his kindness towards others is genuine – Shay is an asset to any organisation.
Shay has been a cheerful housemate and made many new friends, everyone has become an expert in English football because of his vast knowledge.
